Canonical policy document
Our governing policies are maintained in the B.PM Brands Compliance Policies document. It is the source of truth for terms, privacy posture, acceptable use, and brand handling. If anything on this hub appears to conflict with that document, the document controls.
Privacy posture
The Great 38 is a public regional intelligence and storytelling platform. We do not require an account to browse, and we do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, uploaded content, or free-text submissions through this website. When you choose to contact us, you do so through our inquiry form, where you control what you share.
- We use Google Analytics 4 and Amplitude to understand which pages, sections, and CTAs are useful. We send only non-personal interaction signals (such as the page path, CTA label, and destination URL).
- We do not transmit form contents, story text, names, emails, phone numbers, or place identities to analytics.
- External links to the inquiry form and the policy PDF are hosted by third parties (Fillout and our policy CDN). Their own privacy notices apply once you leave this site.
Not yet verified Formal regulatory framework claims (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, SOC 2) are not asserted here and require legal review before being published.
Your data rights & requests
If you would like to request access to information about you, correct an inaccuracy, ask that something be removed, or raise a concern about how a person, place, or organization is represented, use our inquiry form. Tell us what page or item the request concerns. We will route it to the right person and respond.

Accessibility
We design The Great 38 to be readable, navigable by keyboard, and usable on small screens. If you hit an accessibility barrier — a page you cannot use, content you cannot reach, or a control that does not work with your assistive technology — please tell us so we can fix it.
Legal review needed A formal accessibility conformance statement (e.g., WCAG 2.2 AA) is not asserted here and requires audit before being published.
Public information & place representation
The Great 38 is a beta data layer. We do not show invented place data. Where a metric, program, story, or profile is not yet ready, we say so and invite the originating community or organization to help us connect verifiable sources.
